Pricing FAQs
Are there any recurring fees after I pay?
No. Your one-time payment covers everything listed in the package. The only ongoing costs are your domain name (€10-30/year) and web hosting (€50-150/year), which you pay directly to your provider - not to us. We have no ongoing financial relationship with you after project delivery unless you choose a maintenance package.
What if my project doesn't fit neatly into a package?
Most custom projects do fit within one of our three tiers, but if yours doesn't, simply contact us and describe your needs. We provide fixed-price custom quotes within 24 hours. There's no obligation and no pressure - just a clear number you can say yes or no to.
When do I pay?
We ask for 50% upfront to begin work, and the remaining 50% on delivery and approval. For projects under €300, we ask for full payment upfront. We accept bank transfer and major credit/debit cards via Stripe.
What do you need from me to get started?
At minimum: your logo (or permission for us to suggest a simple text logo), your preferred colour scheme (or approval for us to suggest one), any photos you want to use, and the text for each page. If you don't have copy, we can write it for you as an add-on. The more prepared you are, the faster we can deliver.
Do you offer refunds?
We work hard to ensure every client is satisfied. If you're unhappy with the initial design direction, we'll work with you to get it right within the agreed revision rounds. We don't offer refunds on completed work, but we've never had a client genuinely dissatisfied with the finished result - our process is designed to prevent that outcome from the start.
